Privacy Policy

• Account details — name, email address and the grade selected during sign-up.
• Learning data — quiz and test results, progress, study streaks, AI conversations, flashcards, videos watched and uploaded report cards.
• Usage data — feature usage and device/browser information used to keep the service reliable.
• Payment data — billing is handled by Paystack (web) and Google Play / Apple (mobile). We do not store card numbers.

We use data to personalise the AI tutor to each learner, track progress, generate reports for parents, provide support, process subscriptions, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information.

Gamechanger Home School is built for Grade R–12 learners. Accounts for children should be created and managed by a parent, guardian or teacher who consents to this policy on the child's behalf.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (cloud hosting, AI processing, and payment processors), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

We keep data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Delete My Account or by emailing info@gamechangerhomeschool.co.za.

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information, in line with South Africa's POPIA. Contact us at info@gamechangerhomeschool.co.za.
