Terms of Service

Gamechanger Home School is an AI-powered, CAPS-aligned learning platform for Grade R–12. AI explanations are a study aid and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect — always verify important information with a teacher or official curriculum material.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. One subscription is intended for a single learner and the grade chosen at sign-up. Accounts for children must be managed by a parent, guardian or teacher.

• A free trial is offered to new accounts. After the trial, a paid subscription is required.
• Web payments are processed by Paystack; mobile purchases via Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Purchases restore automatically when you sign in on a new device.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it to cheat on formal assessments. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

You can cancel your subscription or permanently delete your account at any time from within the app or at Delete My Account.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Gamechanger Education and Training (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
